How to Book a Fun In Tallinn Activity

If you are interested in one of our Tallinn activities send us a booking request. This can be done very easily via phone, e-mail or the website booking form.

All you need to tell is which activity you are interested in, the language and group size, pickup place, your name and your contact details.

All booking requests will show up on our sales representative’s iPhone screen within a few momentsWe will confirm the availability of the activity shortly thereafter. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please resend your request or call us, as e-mails are sometimes blocked by spam filters.


We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking. If you have made a group booking and some group members fail to show up at the last moment, you are responsible for compensating us for all related extra costs (having a larger vehicle, for example).

Disclaimer on Activities & Adventures

Please be aware that some of our activities are inherently more risky than others. This list includes (but is not limited to) Racing in Rally Park, Snowmobile Safari, Quad Bike Safari and Off-Road Jeep Safari. When booking these activities, you acknowledge that participation in activities takes place at your own risk and insurance is not provided as part of the package (unless clearly stated otherwise).

You will be also responsible for covering the repair costs of vehicles (racing cars, snowmobiles, quad bikes, go karts and others) if accidents or damage is caused by your misuse of the vehicles.

Bank Transfers and Credit Card Payments via Stripe payment link

You can pay for our activities in cash (EUR), via bank transfer or through Stripe with a credit card.

There is no extra charge on international bank transfers made from other European Union countries so long as they are in EUR. When you make bank transfers from non-EU countries, you will be responsible for covering all fees related to receiving such payments.

If you want to pay for the activity via credit card, you can do so as a full pre-payment via secure online Stripe payment link. We apologize that at the moment we are unable to process credit card payments in our Tallinn office.

You can cancel up to 7 days before the confirmed tour date, we will refund your tour cost. However the 4% transaction and booking handling fee is not refunded. 

Corporate Bookings

Please note that Estonian Experience OÜ is not value added tax (VAT) registered and the prices on our website do not include VAT.

Office Hours

We respond to your booking requests seven days a week from 08:00 to 19:00 (Estonian time).


As a general rule, we do not ask for pre-payments from small groups and you can pay the full amount on the day of the activity. However, for larger groups and for some activities we ask pre-payments. In such cases, our sales representative will contact you. Pre-payment can be done via bank transfer to our company’s bank account or paid to our company’s representative. Please note that if your group has made a pre-payment deposit and some members do not show up, they will lose their deposits.


If for any reason you need to cancel a booking for your activity, please send us this information as soon as possible. You can cancel without any penalty fee up to 7 days before the activity. If you cancel less than seven days before the activity date but more than 48 hours before, you will have to pay 50% of the total activity cost. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity, you are required to cover the whole cost of the activity. Please note that in case of a no-show, you are also responsible for covering the full cost of the activity.

However the 4% transaction and booking handling fee is not refunded.
